Dana J. Pyle, Jr., a local artist and distant descendant of famed illustrator Howard Pyle, is a Masterpieces in Miniature fan favorite. This year, eight of Dana’s riveting one-inch to one-foot scale miniatures inspired by Howard Pyle paintings have an exhibition all their own.
Dana Pyle’s Howard Pyle Miniatures was organized by the Delaware Art Museum.
This exhibition is made possible, in part, by grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. |
