The Delaware Art Museum is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Each year, the Museum publishes an Annual Report that includes the Museum’s Statement of Activities and Statement of Financial Position, as well as a list of donors. Also provided here are the Museum’s most recent Audited Financial Statements and IRS Determination Letter.
