Gouache (opaque watercolor) is a fun, versatile medium that thins and cleans up with water, but allows opaque painting and working light over dark, like oil. Using both direct observation of still life, and painting landscapes from photographs, the class will be a combination of instructor demonstration and individual instruction geared to each student’s level of accomplishment. Beginner to intermediate.
