Contemporary Collage Workshop

Does drawing present challenges for you, yet you want to be an image-maker? Try collage! This contemporary medium offers endless possibilities for you to “remix” imagery using magazines, photos, various papers and glue/scissors. Works from famous and not so famous collage artists will be shown for inspiration. In this one-day workshop, you will experience the artistic freedom that collage allows, and will create a cohesive (frame worthy) collage that is fresh and innovative. Supplies provided, but feel free to bring 2D pictures and paper to add to your collage.
