What does it mean to create dance during a pandemic? How do artists approach this unique art form, which in many cases, requires intimate collaboration and physical closeness to create? And, equally as important, how does the experience of being an audience member shift as we see live performance now?
In this unique Works in Progress showing, local dance artists will share what they have been creating from different points in their creative process. Our intention is to provide these artists the opportunity to share and gain perspectives on their work in a less formal context, while bringing community members together for live performance.>/p>
