DelArt Nights: The Poetry As Activism Book Art Celebration

The Poetry As Activism Book Art Celebration showcases women poets and visual artists. This ceremonial celebration explores activism through performance readings and visual artistic expression. Dr. Traci Currie completed the Poetry As Activism residency program at University of Delaware Spring 2024, but the continued partnership with The Delaware Art Museum creates space, dialogue and acknowledgement to the book art making process and the voicing of women narratives across the cultural spectrum.
