Kristen Nassif is a Ph.D. Candidate in Art History at the University of Delaware. She studies late-nineteenth-century American Art, with a focus on the intersections of art, science, and disability. Her research explores the visual and material culture of blindness. She earned her B.A. from Colby College and her M.A. from Tufts University.
