Damere R. Holloway, B.S., M.S., ABA, RBT, and I am an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). On the other hand, I suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Research shows that OCD is found in those on the autism spectrum, which is where my connection comes from. I wanted to bring awareness to something other than OCD because of my passion for ABA. Omar The Owl creates a compassionate environment that brings awareness to ASD. Omar The Owl is just the beginning, the introduction of an amazing character. Book two is where the learning begins.
