The Mic Jam Battle at the Museum is your chance to experience 12 exciting local bands and artists as they light up the stage in a stunning venue surrounded by world-class art.

Each act will have 10 minutes to plug in, play, and win over the crowd—bringing everything from hip-hop to jazz, indie rock to soul, punk to R&B, and everything in between. It’s more than a show—it’s a celebration of sound, creativity, and connection.

Are you a musician looking to battle?

The Mic Jam Battle at the Museum isn’t just a performance opportunity, it’s a platform. A place to build community, grow your audience, and connect through the power of music. Whether you’re bringing hip-hop, jazz, indie rock, R&B, punk, soul, or something totally unique, this is your moment to make it loud and unforgettable.

How the Battle Works: 

• 12 artist slots available: all styles, all sounds welcome 
• Each band/artist gets 10 minutes to perform 
• Plug-and-play setup: backline provided for quick transitions 
• Live crowd voting & guest judge feedback 
• Winner crowned at the end of the night! 

Submission Details: 

• Open to solo acts, bands, and collectives (all genres) 
• No entry fee — just bring your sound 
• Must provide brief bio, tech needs, and music samples upon submission 
• Slots are first come, first reviewed 
• Make your submission today! Deadline for submissions is August 18.

• Guaranteed spot on the 2-year Artist Roster (pending successful performance)
