Wilmington Writers Conference
The Delaware Art Museum Store is proud to present a FREE virtual edition of the Wilmington Writers Conference! The Museum’s signature literary event will celebrate its fifth anniversary on Saturday, July 24, 2021. We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Keynote Speaker is award-winning poet Chet’la Sebree, whose latest book,
Field Study, will be released on June 1, 2021. In addition to presenting a keynote speech, Chet’la will be reading from
Field Study and chatting with Museum employee and Brevity Bookspace owner Saliym Cooper. Chet’la will also be leading a breakout session for writers. Signed copies of
Field Study and
Mistress, Chet’la’s first book of poetry, will be available for sale at the Museum Store and via the Museum Store’s website,
delartstore.org. Chet’la has also curated a selection of books for this event, which will be available in the store and via
Bookshop.
