Catherine A. Fusco Hall and East Court

High ceilings and arched windows make Fusco Hall ideal for elegant, seated dinners or standing cocktail receptions. This main event space connects easily with galleries and secondary indoor or outdoor spaces. Capacity: 175 cocktail reception, 150 seated, 120 seated with dance floor $2,300

East Court’s chic contemporary feel is highlighted by a dramatic modern staircase. This asymmetric space adjoins multiple galleries and the Museum Gift Shop and is located directly above the DuPont Auditorium. Capacity: 125 cocktail reception, 100 seated $1,900

North Terrace

North Terrace

With a beautiful view of the Sculpture Garden, North Terrace offers outdoor space with partial shade under a modern pergola and is designed for cocktail or happy hour. Tenting can be added for larger events. Capacity: 175 cocktail reception, 150 seated, 100 seated under pergola $1,600

Sculpture Garden & Labyrinth

The Sculpture Garden is popular for outdoor wedding ceremonies and can be tented in the summer months for a dreamy garden party reception. Capacity: Varies by tent size $1,000 (does not include fee for table/chair set up)

The Labyrinth, a circular one-way path inside of a former reservoir, provides a serene and visually exquisite location for intimate ceremonies and gatherings. Capacity: 50-75 $1,000 (does not include fee for table/chair set up)

Galleries

The Museum’s permanent collection galleries and traveling exhibition spaces are available for viewing during your event. Please inquire about pricing.

Thronson Board Room, Jefferson Board Room, and Auditorium

Located on the second floor of the Museum’s Bank of America Education Wing, Thronson Board Room accommodates up to 60 guests, and can be configured into classroom style seating, hollow square, theater-style, or rounds. Thronson Board Room includes a projector, screen, podium, microphone and whiteboard. Capacity: 60 guests $750

Located on the Museum’s lower level, Jefferson Board Room is adjacent to the Auditorium. This room features a large conference table seating 14 and can be re-configured into classroom style seating, crescent rounds and more to accommodate up to 60 guests. Jefferson Board Room includes an audio-visual ready mobile cart, suitable for hybrid meetings. Capacity: 60 guests $600

The Auditorium’s elevated stage and fixed seating are ideal for panel discussions, performances, and large presentations. Rentals include the use of our recently updated audio-visual equipment: a large projection screen (100” x 160”), projector, wireless microphones and speakers complete with recording capabilities and touch panel control. Small receptions can take place in a lobby immediately outside of the auditorium for no additional fee. Capacity: 169 seated $1250-$1900. Cost varies based on event time and day.

Prices are based on four-hour events. Costs vary for events held outside of the museum’s normal operating hours. The Delaware Art Museum offers a 10% discount on venue rental fees for nonprofits.
