Gift of Art:

The Delaware Art Museum welcomes gifts of art for future generations of visitors to enjoy and study. Our collecting focus is on Pre-Raphaelite, American, illustration, and contemporary art. For more information on making a gift of art, please visit our Gifts of Art website.

Gift of Securities (Stocks, Bonds, and Mutual Funds):

Gifts of securities are an effective way to minimize taxes while supporting the Delaware Art Museum. For instructions to make a direct transfer to DelArt, please contact Joshua Liss, Advancement Officer, at 302.351.8538 or jliss@delart.org.

Gift through Donor-Advised Fund:

Clients of Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and BNY Mellon Charitable Gift Fund may recommend a grant to the Delaware Art Museum through DAF Direct. If you are a client of another donor-advised fund, please contact them directly to recommend a grant to DelArt.

Gift through IRA Charitable Rollover:

If you are 70½ or older, you may want to consider an IRA charitable rollover, which could lower the income taxes from your required annual IRA withdrawals. A transfer must be made directly from the IRA administrator to a qualified charity, including the Delaware Art Museum. Please contact your IRA plan administrator to initiate the rollover. For more information, please contact Joshua Liss, Advancement Officer, at 302.351.8538 or jliss@delart.org.
