Practice basic drawing techniques. Gesture, contour, quality of line, composition, form, and perspective will be emphasized.
Supply List
Beginner students should bring:
  • 18" x 24" drawing paper tablet
  • sketchbook
  • sketching set (includes soft vine charcoal, compressed charcoal, conte, graphite pencils, white plastic eraser, kneaded eraser, pencil sharpener)
  • chamois cloth or cotton rag
  • workable spray fixative (optional)
