Ready, set, go! Come to an evening “PASTEL JAM” and create a fall-themed pastel painting! Bring your pastels, your fun, your creativity to this one-night creative jam session to paint the colors of fall landscape and make your pastel marks come alive in a quick painting. A fall “source” photo is provided by instructor—or bring your own favorite fall photo to make your mark. Instructor will be jamming on finishing up an example along with steps shown for you to follow along if you wish. (This is not a beginner’s class, although if you have pastels, know materials, please dive in.)
Supply List

What you need to bring:

Pastels, papers, and more: PASTELS: Bring your own supply, whatever you are comfortable with…hard, soft, medium pastels in a variety of basic hues. We will be doing “FALL”…so greens, reds, oranges, yellows, and blues are grand hues.

Paper: I will be working on UART 500 (demo size of 8" x 10" for me…can be larger or smaller for your choice), basic quick and easy to use. Any paper you wish. Please previously mount your paper to a board. We will be using table easels.

Bring your apron, any underpainting tools such as watercolors, Isopropyl alcohol, hard-bristle brushes. Please bring your electronic device for your source work transfer from my jpgs or photos of my source handed out.

Basically, bring your favorite pastel materials!
